With almost a full month into quarantine, I know we are all getting to a point of restlessness while being stuck indoors and inside our homes, myself included. However, I have tried to find the silver lining in all of this and one of the things I have loved most is having more time in the kitchen to make some of my favorite recipes.

Today we are sharing our favorite recipes from the Lindley Arthur Interiors team and hope you will have some fun making these for yourself and your families as well.

Lindley’s Recipe: Pork Tenderloin Marinade
2 pork tenders
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup cooking sherry
1 T lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
Black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for several hours. Best cooked on the grill and serves with green salad and roasted vegetables.

Nicole’s Recipe: Groth’s Chicken Pasta
La Martinique French vinaigrette dressing (pour a little oil off the top before shaking dressing and adding)
1 rotisserie chicken
2 boxes of tri-color rotini pasta
Feta cheese (most of the box)
8 oz of cubed medium cheddar – buy 2 8-oz blocks. We usually buy Tillamook and sometimes use more than 8 oz
Half a bag or more of shredded Parmesan cheese

Boil pasta, drain, then add all ingredients together and mix.

Callie’s Recipe: Kale Salad with Lemon, Serrano Chilies and Mint
This tangy and zesty spring salad has the perfect hint of spice to it and is a nice, refreshing choice for an easy lunch or light dinner. Get this recipe and many other delightful delectables from Jean-Georges.
